Service/ replacement Policy

How do I replace or service a product from Talk PRO under warranty?
If the product you have purchased from TalkPRO, has a manufacturing defect, it shall be repaired or replaced by the company during the warranty period- free of cost. Please note- physical damage, liquid ingress or damage due to physical abuse and use of non- oem accessories will not be covered under the replacement policy.

Please get in touch with us via the below mentioned e-mail and phone numbers and let us know the following:

  • Order no.
  • Product name
  • Nature of defect

You need to ship the defective product to us at the following address:

We shall take all efforts to set right the product in 3 working days and send it back to you at our cost.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • Please ensure that all items to be replaced or to be serviced, must be sent in their original packing with all original tags and packaging.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

In case you wish to cancel an order, it should be informed to us not later than 24 hours of making an online payment- by way of an email and over the phone which are listed below. The order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by emailing us on eshop@talkpro.in

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your account within 3-5 days after your order has been cancelled.

Where is my order?
The estimated shipping time is mentioned on the order confirmation mail sent to you. In case you haven’t received your order within the stipulated time or are unable to track it please write to us on eshop@talkpro.in  or +91 98842 94444 (Mon to Sat 11 am to 6 pm)
